14- Check for physical damage, rust, and dust accumulation, panel cooling/ventilation in panel
15- Inspection of control cables (tightness, labeling, routing)

20- Inspection of control cables (tightness, labeling, routing)
21- Varifying and testing operation sequence
22- Testing and inspection of DDC input points values
23- Testing by triggering DDC output points
24- Replace faulty controllers and reprogramming
25- Clean sensor to insure accurate reading
26- Repair or replace actuators/valves/sensors
27- Maintainance of HVAC damper/valve actuator by adding lubricant
28- Tightness of loose damper/valve actuator
